Musée Henri Barré
Labeled museum of France, the museum Henri Barré, located in the heart of the historic city of Thouars, is housed in a mansion built in the nineteenth century. The neo-Gothic building now houses collections of various themes (faience, fine arts, archeology ...). A true living cultural site, the museum Henri Barré offers a program of varied animations, temporary exhibitions, national events and appointments for the whole family (season 2018 on the theme "Myths and Superheroes" to discover http: //www.thouars.fr/vah/musee/indexmusee.htm). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Exchange space for babies. Reception by reservation for groups. Guided tours by appointment all year round.
