Access to the area is made easy via the A10, A85 and A87 motorways, as well as several departmental roads (D759, D938, D948) linking nearby towns such as Loudun, Parthenay, Bressuire and Saumur.
By Public Transport
The transport network is well developed, with regional bus routes, particularly to Poitiers and Chinon.
The Thouars train station provides direct connections to several cities including Saumur, Tours, Angers, La Roche-sur-Yon and Les Sables-d’Olonne. It is also possible to reach Paris in 2 hours 30 minutes from Thouars.
