Located in the quiet countryside thouarsaise, 13 km from Thouars, City of Art and History, and 3 km from downtown Saint-Varent, the cottage La Motte was built in the old family farm. The lobby serves on one side the kitchen and the other a living room. A staircase gives you access to the 2 rooms in a row and to the bathroom (wc). Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Court and dependency to park and shelter cars and bicycles. Not suitable for young children.
