The reading network is a group of libraries and media libraries in the communes of Thouars, Saint-Varent, Saint Jean de Thouars, Loretz d'Argenton, Bouillé-Loretz, Louzy, Val-en-Vignes and Sainte Verge. To borrow documents, registration is compulsory. It entitles you to borrow: 12 documents (books, CDs, magazines, etc.) including a maximum of 3 new titles + 2 digital books + 2 DVDs + games. A single card, valid throughout the network, enables you to borrow and reserve all types of documents, which can be shuttled to the site of your choice. The initial loan period is 3 weeks, renewable for a further 3 weeks (1 time). The subscription is valid for one year (date to date).
