As farmers, millers and pastoralists, we transform our cereals on the farm (in organic farming) into flour (wheat, buckwheat, small spelt, large spelt, chickpea), pasta (durum wheat), oils (sunflower, rapeseed, camelina and hemp), as well as our pulses (chickpea, lentil), linseed and chia seed. We also sell beers and aperitif crackers made from our raw materials. Our products are available in bags, or in bulk at the boutique, open Fridays, from 2pm to 7:30pm, or during the week, by appointment. Don't forget your containers? !
